Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and package them for shipment using provided equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
