Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely with appropriate labeling to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as directed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading order labels.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
