Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipment errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical stamina is essential.
- Willingness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
