Responsibilities
- Retrieve, identify, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely in boxes, cartons, or crates, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to daily production targets and shift schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
