Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently based on customer orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate material handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
