Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using pallet jacks and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts (training provided) and hand trucks to move heavy materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and pick tickets.
- Availability: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
