Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift window (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
