Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing for major e-commerce partners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Maintain 5S safety standards in high-volume distribution environment
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day shift supervisors
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
