Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies or operational issues.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (if required for equipment operation).
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.
