Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing freight to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for scanning, counting, and inventory checks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Safety First: Commitment to following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
