Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments with precision scanning equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory within the 150,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time using WMS systems
- Load/unload freight trucks while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and lifting guidelines
- Maintain organized staging areas for outbound orders and prioritize time-sensitive shipments
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and basic warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
