Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, cargo, and other materials safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect received shipments for damage and verify accuracy of inventory against packing lists.
- Operate RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels in real-time.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles to ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred for senior roles).
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
