As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly during peak hours. We offer a shift differential of up to $3.00/hr for night work, comprehensive health benefits, and a clean, modern facility.

Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate rigging and safety equipment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
