Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Conduct real-time inventory audits using WMS technology
- Optimize workflow efficiency through FIFO/FEFO methodologies
- Maintain OSHA compliance in 24/7 temperature-controlled environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Lead safety initiatives during peak shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills for inventory discrepancy resolution
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts during peak seasons
