Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Proficient in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
