Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
