Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders with high accuracy and speed during night hours.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check/drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills required to follow safety logs and pick lists.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for this role.
