Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
