Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for our Saturday and Sunday shifts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing logistics team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality and correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull heavy loads.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to scan barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
