Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels through regular scanning and inventory audits.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required; we offer training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
