Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping duties efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Inspect products for quality and damage to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Update inventory systems and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
