Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse organization.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in general warehouse housekeeping and organization.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts and willing to work overtime as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
