Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and invoices to packages according to strict guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and wearing required PPE.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices or computer terminals for data entry.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for entry-level candidates.
