Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting inventory counts accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and scanning.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
