Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Safely package, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inbound Logistics: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Adhere to quality assurance protocols to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a positive work history.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
