Responsibilities
- Execute Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and verify item counts against picking tickets before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including shelves and pallets, to facilitate efficient order picking.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) when required by the shift lead.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff members to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability in a previous work environment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or computer terminals.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team setting.
