Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and label merchandise to ensure orders are shipped correctly.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts if certified) to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our strict quality standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Keep Area Clean: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to work.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check.
