Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select products from the warehouse floor and pack them securely for shipment using provided equipment.
- Inventory Verification: Scan items using handheld scanners and verify order details to ensure 100% accuracy and reduce errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor belts as required by the workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Shift Support: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: No experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided on the night shift.
- Schedule: Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
