Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, count, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control processes and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
