Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Scan barcodes and verify item descriptions to ensure inventory correctness.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy (scanners are easy to learn).
- Must be willing to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
