Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on material handling equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid High School Diploma or GED; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse software or RF scanners is a plus.
