Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy order picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Unload inbound freight trucks and prepare outbound shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
