Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep and inspection of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
