Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary shipping paperwork and logs accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or WMS systems is a plus.
