Responsibilities
- Operate handheld RF scanners to accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick tickets.
- Ensure all items are correctly identified, labeled, and packaged securely for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
