Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing accuracy.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
