As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently using proper equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific SKU and quantity requirements.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
