Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Load/unload trailers efficiently while maintaining proper stacking techniques
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operational handovers
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with flexible overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
