Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory with precision
- Perform quality control checks and accurate inventory documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipment deadlines
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational activities
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space efficiency
- Train new associates on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Proficient with warehouse management systems
- Flexible schedule with night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
