Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently within the warehouse
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts as per company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Train new associates on warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
