Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- No background check required - second-chance hiring program
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Pass pre-employment drug screen (required post-offer)
