Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for any mechanical issues before and after shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Accurately document inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory tags.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we provide training).
