The Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Perform daily inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols and securement techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and routine inventory counts.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
