Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipping trucks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance needs immediately to supervisors.
- Organize and stack inventory on pallets according to safety guidelines and warehouse layout.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine quality control checks on products before shipment.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we will assist).
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
