Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label, sort, and organize stock in designated areas to maintain optimal workflow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and inventory management procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance history.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
