Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise and raw materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using RF scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and logs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- No prior warehouse experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Must be comfortable using handheld scanners or computers.
