Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any damages immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to legally work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic reading and writing skills for operating warehouse equipment and understanding safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
