As a Picker Packer, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will include:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic reading and math skills are necessary for scanning and verifying items.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
