Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from storage locations based on pick tickets or order numbers with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse scanners and handheld devices to update inventory status in real-time.
- Inspect items for quality and damage, ensuring proper packaging for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily volume targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
