Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Handle freight with care, ensuring packages are undamaged during transport.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – Full training provided on the job.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and scanning.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
